We believe in…
/ Boosting your growth and ambition / Supporting you, your system, and your team
/ Building solutions that work for you
You put your customers and employees at the center. We do the same.
There are plenty of fish in the sea that build CRM-systems. And every one of us decides what they want their role to be: advisor, developer, project manager, supplier or – in our case – a partner. Being a partner means that we don’t work with you from start to finish. Because we take several steps back to first determine where to start and we know your business growth is never truly finished.
We help you accelerate your business growth, with smart tools to guide your employees based upon Microsoft Technologies.
Our vision in action
Having a clear vision is a starting point, putting it into action is where the magic happens. As true partners, we take our projects further and take you and your team with us for the entire journey.
Understanding a business and the problems they are facing can be difficult. That’s why we use different methods, such as process analysis, value proposition and many more to identify, describe, and visualize these problems. The goal is to improve customer experience, overall efficiency and to see if the current CRM processes and requirements still fit the company goals.
At Sparkfish, we see every project as a dynamic journey rather than a series of static steps. This means that when we’re in the middle of analyzing we also start building. And while we are building, we continue to analyze. This agile approach creates a feedback loop that allows us to work closely with you and to optimize in real-time. If it’s related to your customer processes, we’ll use Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement tools. If it’s an internal process that you need to optimize, then there’s plenty we can do with Power Apps.
Every day, you launch new initiatives and projects – like CRM – to improve performance, increase profits, and enhance your competitive advantage. In essence, you make change happen. So, it’s only natural that you want that change to be carried out effectively.
Next to the technical side of change that comes with implementing a new system, we also look at the people side of it. With the right training and support, we help your employees to understand, commit to, accept, and embrace the changes in their current business environment.
It’s like the saying goes: Teach a man to fish…
